About
Bill White is a native of Colorado and spent his early life on ranches in both Colorado and Nevada. Bill is a graduate of Littleton High School, and has a Bachelors degree in Land Use Management.  He received his real estate license in 1981 and spent 20 years with home builders and then started his own residential real estate company, Hat Trick Properties. Hat Trick Properties came about because Bill has played Ice Hockey since is was 8 years old.  He played competitively through college at The University of Wisconsin – River Falls and still gets out with the “old guys”  2-3 times a week!
